登記須知 Notes for Registration
1.	以每一位先人計，是次活動的參加人數名額上限為3人(包括申請人)。 For each registered deceased, the maximum number of participants allowed for this event is 3 (including the applicant).
2.	本署只接受一個就同一先人進行海上追思活動的登記。如本署收到多於一個為同一先人進行海上追思活動的登記，只有首個登記會被考慮。 Only one registration for each deceased will be accepted. If multiple registrations for the same deceased are received, only the first registration will be considered.
3.	成功申請者將於活動前至少5個曆日收到由本署發出的確認信。 Successful applicants will receive confirmation letters issued by FEHD at least 5 calendar days prior to the event.
4.	申請人所提供的個人資料，會被轉交本署委託的合約服務承辦商，以便安排免費海上追思活動。 The personal data provided by the applicants will be disclosed to the service contractor appointed by FEHD for the purpose relating to the arrangement of free memorial sails.
