Dec2015 U.student of Taiwan,study chemical 22 ChanHoYoung come from Macau,he killed a homeless cat(students call it' big orange')in car park,tight it's neck,U.only punish him mark down 2 big&2 small wrong,public protest,2/8/16 a cat missing,CCTV show a guy who wore black gloves want catch cat,later he admit done to cops,say want catch cat,it clip him,he killed it by accident,threw body on river
CCTV:evil in foreign too(a woman crazy kicked a mom cat,it want protect it's kids)
