哥哥早上好,寒泠飛雨的天氣,早春三月,冬不肯离去春不見來,乍暖乍寒,昨日短袖今日羽縷,搞到香港公立,私家醫院都爆,在公立看醫生,排四,五個鐘未見到醫生,在私家醫生處,不收新症,舊症都要預約,沒約的冇得睇,私家醫生己睇到有錢也賺不動了,公立醫院的醫生,護士也做到叫苦連天,在這种天氣日子里,唯有一切自己當心,注意泠暖勤洗手,出門回到家盡可能換掉外衣,褲,因在外公眾地方,細菌太多,到處都是流感菌.流感是經空氣傳播的.
好快一日又一日,今日週未,不需要做義工,在家搞衛生清潔,家居干淨,個人講衛生,多做運動,才能保健康.
