早晨哥哥,陰陰沉沉的天,飛著細細的毛花雨,七點己過仍定黑黑的,這樣的天氣雖不討人喜但也不會阻住我們的生活,一早五點半己開始晨運,因飛雨和二個朋友去了大天橋跑步,拉筋,倒也出了一身的汗,算是舒暢.
運動過后雖累些但可給我一天的好精神,沖個涼行出來精神煥發,哥哥你也酷愛運動,才會每一日都以最漂亮的狀態站在人前,誰不是見到你都為你的健康美所心動？做運動長期堅持一定會收益非淺的,所以我也這么多年來豎持晨運.

早晨哥哥,星期一,從去年冬節開始放的學校長假期結束了,今天一早馬路上,輕鐵上又學生湧湧,早上的天氣也极差,濕,濃霧籠罩香江,又一個回南天把人都悶的慵懶,現在的冬天,也不是冬的樣子,反而時時都被回南天的潮濕濃霧做了長客,冬不像冬,是天氣影響了人還是人影響了天氣？總之种瓜得瓜种豆得豆,好壞人類自己要承擔.
2016,希望自己平平安安,繼續可以做自己喜歡做的義工和事,也希望家人,特別是九十四歲高令的母親,健健康康,能食會行,開開心心過埋每一天.
