哥哥旱晨,天陰陰雨飛飛,下雨天雖不方便,但總算不用一大早就見個大火球.今天下雨,沒法去山上做運動,起來了,也不想讓費一個早上,去了十字天橋做了個幾鐘運動,也算對自己有個交代.
今天原要做義工,出街活動,雨天應除消了,現在大熱天气,己很少帶學員去街,但多了借社區的體肓館,帶他們打羽毛球,玩硬底滾球等室內運動,做此類義工工作很開心.幫人娛己,不錯.
