哥哥中午好,忙了一上午,終可歇一歇,為自己煮個中午飯,吃好后又要去做下午1點鐘的義工,今日下午帶學員行山,天气倒是不錯,不寒泠,有淡淡的陽光,帶學員行順便自己吃了中午飯也消化消化,今早我己上山做了個幾鐘運動,下午行上也差不多二個鐘上下,這運動鐘數都應該足夠羅.
哥哥,真的是要像你一樣,每日都要有一定鐘數的運動量,才能健体防衰老.健健康康地活著,為我們的香港社會盡一份公民綿力.

哥哥，近期姚贝娜事件给了我两个感想，一个是狗仔队真的好可怕，人还未死一堆记者已经都等在病房外，好像都在等她的死讯......有人形容这情形就像秃鹫在等着濒死的猎物一样，我可以想象到你那时的境况了......另一个想法，是老公发的感慨，说堂堂的一个上将张万年死了没几个人哀悼，而一个艺人死了就引发网络热议，现在的国人怎么了......其实，职业无分贵贱，身份也不能分高低，将军和艺人，只要对国家和人民有贡献，都应该得到哀悼。而艺人的出镜率高，自然更容易引起人们关注，但人们确实也不能健忘，如果没有当年战场一些人的舍生忘死，我们今天也不一定有幸福的生活。没有再多的言语了，愿逝者安息。
