哥哥，下午好，真快呀一天又到下午時分，這個星期只有二天需做義工，所以清閑了許多，早上仍是天沒亮就上山做運動,但己少做大運動量的運動,不過一小時多些的行山路,拉筋,做健身操,在清晨這樣的氣溫下仍然是會出汗的,醫生有說出汗才有效呢，
一個人最重的是自己擁有健康，那才有能力照顾家人和幫助別人，所以做運動要堅持,現在早上的被窩也頗吸引，有時也想偷懒一天二天的，但還是不給自己找籍口，上山去，去和一班行山友們道早晨做運動去。
一天易過一年亦易過，看到有些大商埸已在布置聖旦裝飾，才鷺覺，呵，又快聖旦羅，我也該構思做聖旦，新年你的合相了，十年彈指間，愛在時光裏，哥哥，十年了，也爲你合成了千多張相，最愛的仍是你，最喜歡做的事還是爲你做合相，那是我與你共處共對的美好時光。

永遠懷念
哥哥，很久沒來了，一切都好嗎？
十一月中旬表哥結婚，回家了一趟，本來請了五天的假，加上兩個週末的話一共是九天的，但是因為週五週六還要上課，所以回家也沒待幾天，來去匆匆，時間過得很快。不幸的是，回來的路上把身份證給丟了，自己這個丟三落四整天不在狀態的狀態可真不好，稍不留意就得出點問題，沒有身份證有些麻煩，不過也只能等到過年回家的時候再補辦了。

TO pinky：多謝開導，好久沒來了，剛看到。你好嗎？香港那邊應該也降溫了吧，注意添衣。

18/11/13 start HKTVB 22:30 travel programe host is actor Wu-fung,Tse-in,Joe Junior(81,77,67 yrs.old)they're so happy in Europe,i saw GG & DD travel photos in there,their smile,body language as same,so sweet
19/11 is TVB birthday,celebrate programe from 8-10:30p,good show,Alan Tam happy sang old songs at last,but my eyes wet,miss GG,sad past
