哥哥，在享受生日過後的寧靜吧？
昨天晚上，我突然解開了心結，第一次在參加活動后心情那麼平靜，我想是因為我沒有期待從昨天晚上的活動中獲得什麽別人不能給與的東西，比如信心，所以結束后一點兒也不感到空虛。
想到心經裏面的一句：不生不滅，不垢不淨，不增不減
不生不滅，物質總能量不變，構成您的物質能量，一直都在宇宙之中，1956年9月12日，您出生之前就已經存在，2003年4月1日以後，您也沒有消失，一直都在。
不垢不淨，每個人看待事物都有自己的思維方式，見自本心，識自本性，所以不能強求所有人都熱愛您，潑髒水的人，也無需動氣，您的存在不會因為詆毀而損傷，也不會因為過分的神化而高大，就是那樣一個存在。
不增不減，因為我喜新厭舊，o(╯□╰)o，所以以前總擔心有一天不喜歡您了，怎麼辦。哈哈哈，杞人憂天到此種地步。現在七年過去了，我從一個學生到一個進入社會三年的職場人，外貌改變，處境都變，情懷未變。
