哥哥早晨,太陽早出,來到五月,天也亮的早,感覺白天的時間多了,一早五點九上山,回來才剛七點,夏到了,太陽早出天早亮,上山也要赶早,因睌了山上陽光普照,現在的太陽晒在身上己覺灼了,再說直接晒會傷害皮膚和眼[強紫外線會對皮膚形成皮膚癌和青光眼]. 所以夏天早上要赶早上山鍛煉,好在這十多年來我也己習慣了早起,到這時自己會醒,生理鐘自己會調節,還是那句,做運動貴在堅持.
近排義工也多事做,要補前排下雨甩下的活動.不錯,幫人娛己.
