哥哥早晨,又一股凍氣流襲港,天陰風勁,凍了許多,但早上做運動仍是一身汗,醫生說做運動一定要做到出汗才有較,做完冲個凉,那份舒暢感真讓人享受,怪不得哥哥Daffy的身影常現運動場,
