哥哥早晨,降溫泠气團還未到港,今早也算涼涼的,但今早我沒去做運動,昨一晚都睡唔好,半夜差不多一個鐘起身一次,也不知是否昨天在外吃的午飯有什么不妥,老是作肚痛,這樣拆騰一晚,到早上仍是有余痛,搞得我也不敢上山做運動,驚上了山又搞肚痛時點算,所以也就放棄一早運動.
這一個多星期因手傷沒有去參於義工活動,但就和朋友多佐聚聚,也有朋友勸我不要再去做義工忙到一頭煙,日子可過的滋悠滴,約我也不會成日話唔得閑,但我卻覺得日日如此日子好無聊,人活著,一日無事所所真的是虛度,冇能力就冇辦法,自己現在還是有這個能力,還是出去做做義工,和社會冇脫節的好,現在我手指也好的七七八八了,我也掛記我的學員和義工朋友,應該就快恢复一切了.
哥哥,活著,就要活得有意義,你說是嗎？
