she say;GG'd proud walk with DD outside of ALABAR,a historical photo were taken,love of life.i wonder about the Regent when GG met DD more then 20yrs.a bless place,M.O.hotel was a tragic place,only pass the lobby,go away at once,bad paper cutting of wax figure,GG'd appear on the LCD screen in VCD shops,i don't think FUSION was the place where GG ate the last day of his life,everywhere fill with his suggestion,having a taste for quality is having a taste for life,really made me think of GG .....

哥哥早晨,外邊又是狂雨飛瀉,七月的雨下的一點也不涼怏,落到地上再和熱力混合,蒸發著暈人的焗,雨還未停,如火的太陽又露瞼了,好像要在水上加把火,把大地蒸干,好在此刻己上完山做完運動返回家,一個早上仍是不錯,昨天雨下的早,結果一聲響雷帶來一場狂雨,上不了山做運動,就在家里做了一套物理治療師教做的拉精運動,年令漸長,精骨都會慢慢老化,不聽使喚,所以再忙碌都不可放棄做運動,好似哥哥你那樣,每個星期游水,打羽球,跑步,這些大運動量的運動給了你充沛的活力,使你一直以來都容光煥發,我也一直都堅持做運動,但運動量沒你那么強烈,但也有成效,至少到了這個年令段,[三高]都與我無關,希望自己可一直堅持做下去,也希望[三高]別來搵我或遲遲些來,那樣,自己有健康的本錢可去多做些幫到人的事.
今天是星期六了,下星期也有四日的義工工作,也要帶二批學員去書展,一日煮飯仔,一日帶學員去加多利灣游水,所以下星期也較忙碌但很充實,哥哥,你說是不是要自己有好的身体才可去幫到人呢.
