哥哥早晨,今有泠空气到,天气寒泠但干燥,早上六點一刻出鬥上山去,寒風陣陣,山路在大月亮的照耀下更顯黎明時分的清泠,冬天了,上山晨運的人少佐,許多人也推遲佐時間,成七點半后才上來,而我們幾個晨運友慣佐每早老時候出現在山上,貪清晨的寧靜,貪那极新鮮的空气和黎明時分天空那一輪清亮的明月,那幾顆圍月閃動的星星,然后邊做運動邊看著月儿慢慢隱去,看著山邊一抹胭脂紅昇起,看著今朝的第一縷陽光從天際洒下人間,很美很美,
其實有時早上起身也會有一絲偷懶的念頭,聽著窗外北風呼呼,也會想,哇,好凍,今天不去了,但心里邊又好像老是有一個聲音在催著,去啦,去啦,結果還是老時候出現在山頭上,可見習慣了的事也不易改變的,
一早的運動,堅持下來一定會給自己帶來益處,希望身体一路都Keep住健健康康就好了.

哥哥，几日没来看你，你还好吗？这周事情特别多，但这还不是最累的，我感觉最累的还是要每天对着虚伪的人，与这样的人共事真是很辛苦，当面一套背后一套，我心知肚明却不能说破，还要天天面对着，唉......同事间以和为贵，所以我也是能忍则忍，希望下一年有调动不要再对着这样的人了。

Mar.84 he met GG inTVB,GG promised sang in his sch.1/7/84 was his first day in TVB,first job was GG's MV,'90 GG called him fly to Paris photo MV,from airport taxi start,they'd finished a 1.5 hrs.MV in 7days,GG love him,touch his shoulder,gave him courage,'85 GG sang'love isn't game' in concert,TVB sent award to him in live,host Ken Choi may be got wrong message,his speech made producer shock,he order Siu told Ken didn't need job,Siu is Ken's friend..........
