耀良年少畢業於聖芳濟各小學，维多利亞工業中學，
曾修讀理工學院，中文大學
自少喜愛看書，看電影，收集明星相
曾参加麗的訓練班，由於為人勤奮好學，做事不遺餘力，對人仗義疏財，
當時甚得電视，電影界前輩愛戴＇提𢹂，很快便成為最年青的導演
後來因種種原因，輾𨍭到北京發展
期間在片場和誼子结缘，並教導誼子有正確的人生意義
晚年和誼子，孫兒，媳婦一起生活．他尤疼孫兒
可惜新冠期间，感染非典肺炎、以致心臟病延誤醫治
终于2024年2月1日回歸天家、享年68 歲

Clarence attended St. Francis of Assisi's English Primary School and Victoria Technical School in his youth, and later pursued studies at Hong Kong Polytechnic and Chinese University of Hong Kong.

From a young age, he had a passion for reading, watching movies, and collecting celebrity photos.
Clarence joined the ATV training program, where his diligence, dedication, and generosity quickly won him the respect and mentorship of industry veterans in both television and film. As a result, he became one of the youngest directors in the field.

Due to various circumstances, Clarence later moved to Beijing to continue his career. It was during this time that he met his godson on a film set and became a guiding influence in his godson's life.

In his later years, he enjoyed a peaceful life surrounded by his godson, grandson, and daughter-in-law. He was particularly fond of his grandson. Clarence passed away from Cardiovascular disease on February 1st, 2024, at the age of 68.
